This proposal is misplaced.
– the land is rolling meadow green space located outside of the village development area and boundary. it is not suitable for development
– proposed access road site would not allow safe access to Knowle Lane. In effect it is on a blind bend and would present a significant risk of accident
– Cranleigh’s infrastructure is creaking as it stands. Greater pressure on utilities, particularly water and sewage, would present a significant strain on the system and a further deterioration in service.
-The current NHS/GP provision would not support a further population influx.
– Further reduction in the ‘green lung’ space is entirely unwelcome
